Position / Job Type: Associate / Senior Associate (Legal) – Permanent, Full-time. Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or any other postgraduate qualification in Law from a reputed institute or university.
• 5–8 years of professional legal experience, preferably in handling commercial transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, specifically in content licensing and related contractual negotiations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis capabilities.
Mode: Onsite – Work from Office in Mumbai.
