- Handling legal proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and Civil Courts.
- Assisting in the recovery of dues from defaulters through legal means.
- Advising internal departments on compliance, contractual obligations, and legal risks.
- Maintaining legal records, case status reports, and ensuring timely filing of responses and legal documents.
- Liaising with banks, borrowers, legal consultants, and tribunals.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory norms and legal procedures in corporate and financial dealings.
