Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Associate IP Litigation & Media Law, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in ongoing contentious IP matters, including trademark, copyright, and design litigation before various courts and tribunals.
  • Supporting senior lawyers with legal strategy and advisory work related to media laws, entertainment laws, and related civil/commercial disputes.
  • Drafting pleadings, legal notices, interim applications, rejoinders, client notes, and case summaries.
  • Conducting in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and international conventions related to intellectual property and digital media law.
  • Coordinating with clients, law firm partners, court clerks, and administrative teams to ensure smooth handling of litigation timelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile
