About the Role:

As an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in handling end-to-end IP disputes. This includes preparing case strategies, drafting pleadings, attending hearings, managing client relationships, and staying abreast of recent legal developments. You will be expected to work independently on complex matters and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle litigation related to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs before courts and tribunals.
Draft and review legal documents including plaints, written statements, replies, affidavits, and legal notices.
Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic inputs for ongoing cases.
Appear before the Delhi High Court and other relevant forums for IP matters.
Liaise with clients to understand their legal issues and offer tailored litigation strategies.
Stay updated on new judgments, statutory amendments, and policy changes in IP law.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated legal associate who meets the following criteria:

Educational Qualification: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
