Internship Details
This is a 3-month internship that offers law students and graduates the chance to enhance their legal skills by working on real litigation cases. You’ll be involved in various critical tasks, including drafting legal pleadings, complaints, petitions, applications, and other documents related to litigation. The opportunity will provide hands-on experience and insights into legal procedures, especially in the litigation domain.
Stipend and Performance Incentive
- INR 7,500/month as a stipend.
- The stipend may increase after the first month, depending on your performance during the internship.
Eligibility Criteria
This internship is open to:
- 3rd–5th year interns of a 5-year law course
- 2nd–3rd year interns of a 3-year law course
- Law graduates and advocates working from home may also apply!
There is no age restriction for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Interns at EverTrust Legal will be expected to:
- Draft pleadings (complaints, petitions, applications, etc.)
- Assist in preparing legal documents and filings
- Conduct research on case laws and precedents
- Support the team in other litigation-related tasks
