Position Overview:
Batra and Associates is seeking motivated and skilled lawyers to join our family law practice. This role involves various aspects of litigation and requires a strong commitment to client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare petitions, affidavits, and other legal correspondence.
- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research on family law matters, case precedents, and applicable statutes.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Court Proceedings: Assist in hearings, trials, and other court appearances as required.
- Case Management: Organize case files, maintain schedules, and ensure timely filing of documents.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience specifically in family law litigation.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
